The Information Gathering phase included:

Needs assessment survey questions were developed using input from the PROS Master Plan Steering Committee and from the June 2020 Public Forum input collected.
Compiling an inventory of parks and recreation facilities, creating a series of maps, and producing a level of service analysis.
Level of service analysis helps determine the standards for reaching the equitable provision of service.
